Eyelid shaping

Getting older brings about various deficiencies in the body. After the age of 35 it is possible to have a tegument relaxation, because of the lack of elastin - the substance which ensures the skin's elasticity. In this case, both eyelids (upper and lower) begin to suffer distortions and the so-called "bag" appears.

If there is a genetic predisposition, this problem appears even before the age of 35. In both cases, there is no cosmetic solution because no make up can mask those little bags. Lipoline recommends the elimination of the extra skin.

For the upper eyelid, a hidden incision is made between the eyelid and the superior wall of the orbit. The extra tegument is then cut out and intradermic (hidden) thread is used to suture. The scar disappears in 4 weeks. For the lower eyelid, an incision is made exactly on the eyelid edge. The extra tegument is cut out and, if necessary, also the bag of fat under the eyes.
