Beauty-spot removal
Pigment nerves / moles are benign formations which are pigmented or not. There are many categories of moles: on the skin or within it; they can be unique or multiple. Moles need to be removed when they are exposed to small and repeated traumatisms: neck, face (exposed to shaving process), etc.
There are 2 ways to remove the moles. Surgery and suture with threads is the classic procedure. Another method is by applying radiofrequency. Local anaesthesia is applied and then the mole is removed without suture.
Therapy outline:
- healing period: 7-10 days; it is necessary to apply antibacterial cream and epitelisant
- possible complications: hypertrophic /hyperpigmented/ depigmented scar
- counter indications: sun exposure 6 weeks after the intervention, but not before
